Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, free of pet hair, stains, odors, washing, or damage, and returned with its original tags, accessories, instructions, and packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at limengyu@yytex.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item back without return authorization. We will provide the approved return address and instructions after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damage during return transit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error. If we approve a return because the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. Keep all packaging until we complete our review.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of used, washed, altered, personalized, or final-sale items; gift cards; items damaged through misuse, pet chewing, scratching, normal wear, improper cleaning, or failure to follow care instructions; or items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons after use. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after authorization and place a new order. If an exchange option is available, we will confirm it by email.

Refunds

We will inspect an authorized return after it arrives. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact limengyu@yytex.com.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or shipment has begun. If the order has shipped, the return terms above apply.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, warranty, refund, or other consumer right that applies in your country or region.
